Hello! I'm Shea Ware, owner of Studio Thrive, a certified personal trainer and dedicated wellness coach.

My passion lies in empowering women to prioritize their health and well-being. As a mom of two boys and a wife, I understand the unique challenges and demands that women face in juggling various roles and responsibilities.

Through my work, I strive to create a supportive and inclusive space where women can thrive, achieve their fitness goals, and prioritize self-care. I strongly believe that every woman deserves to feel strong, confident, and healthy in her own body.

THRIVE METHOD PROGRAM:

If you're ready to transform your life and become stronger and healthier, the Thrive Method is designed to provide you with the support and guidance you need to build a healthier lifestyle. This program is ideal for those who are busy and feeling overwhelmed on their journey towards achieving their goals. The Thrive Method offers hands-on coaching that focuses on:

- 4-5 workouts per week

- A step goal to keep you active

- Ensuring you consume 30 grams of protein at breakfast, lunch, and dinner

- Choose one additional habit to focus on: 7 hours of sleep per night, hitting a water goal, or getting 30 grams of fiber daily

  • Thrive Method Program

THRIVE TRIBE FIT WORKOUT SUBSCRIPTION:

One-on-One Wellness Coaching via Zoom provides personalized sessions to help achieve health and wellness goals, addressing fitness, nutrition, overall wellness, and habit building with flexible scheduling. Sessions offer motivation, guidance, and support, including fitness routines, nutrition plans, stress management, sleep improvement, and habit-building strategies tailored to individual needs. Prior to each session, a questionnaire guides discussions, and post-session support documents may be provided for further reinforcement.
